Hey there, This is not the one I use for kindy but another nice recipe that has a way smaller quantity: 290ml warm water 1 tbsp sugar (or honey) 1 ¼ tsp dry yeast (or 1 packet yeast) Place warm water in a bowl, add sugar/honey and mix to dissolve. Sprinkle yeast on top and cover with tea towel. Let sit. When the yeast has bubbled it’s ready. Add 15g oil to the yeast water Add 420g flour Mix flour to form a dough, add more flour if the dough is too sticky. Knead for until it becomes elastic. Place back in bowl and cover and let rise. Knock it down once more and form buns. Let buns rise on baking tray Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes ENJOY with butter and honey, kindy style Ingrid
